Descriptions
We are seeking to procure a voids cleaning team to support our commitment to providing high-quality affordable homes for our customers. The main objective is to appoint a cleaning contractor who can deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning, ensuring our void properties are prepared quickly for our new customers.
The contract will be split into two lots across Shropshire and Herefordshire. On estimate Connexus currently aim for 600 void properties a year.
