Void Repairs to Wrexham's Housing portfolio
Descriptions
The work comprises of refurbishment of void properties to Council Housing, which may be required between the 1st June 2016 and 31st December 2016. There will be an option to extend the term for an additional six months by mutual agreement of both parties.This will be an interim arrangement whilst a new framework agreement will be put in place for voids works for a longer period of 2 years with an option to extend up to a maximum of a further 2 years.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
