Void Support Contract
Descriptions
The voids work under this contract will fall into schedule of requirements through the contract for kitchen, bathrooms and rewires, with ad-hoc requirements for full house void works.
It is expected that Beyond housing will be able to issue out work throughout the year that may fall into the following delivery models:
Redcar:
• labour only
• labour and material
• Batch model, including materials and acting as principal contractor under CDM.
Scarborough/Whitby
• labour only
• labour and material
There are a number of lots split into 2 main geographical areas.
Lots 1-9 - Redcar (North of Castleton)
Lots 10-18 - Whitby/Scarborough (Castleton to Speeton)

Engagement
Beyond Housing are conducting a market engagement survey to advertise this upcoming opportunity and gain insight from contractors on the delivery models. Contractors are able to engage in the pre-market engagement by contacting matthew.saunders@beyondhousing.co.uk to obtain a market engagement survey that can be completed to express interest and provide feedback. The deadline for returns is the 8th August 2025
