Voids Contract
Descriptions
1.1 The tenders are invited on this project to provide reactive void services to properties under the Calon Residential Leasing Scheme in which Cadwyn Housing Association is a stakeholder.1.2 The tenderer will enter into a JCT Measured Term Contract to provide these services.1.3 The tenderer will be required to work to the Service Level Agreement and a copy of this is included in Appendix A (see paragraph 7.1).1.4 The properties are located in Cardiff, Blaenau Gwent and Merthyr. Approximate numbers of properties currently in the scheme break down as follows: Cardiff: 307; Blaenau Gwent: 3; and Merthyr: 10.1.5 The housing stock ranges typically from 1 bed to 4 bed properties.
