West London Waste Authority (WLWA) is seeking expressions of interest from providers of digital meal planning platforms that can support residents in reducing household food waste. The platform should be user-friendly and accessible to a broad demographic.The service will be promoted across six London boroughs (Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Richmond upon Thames) with a potential reach of over 1.7 million residents. We are particularly interested in solutions that combine meal planning, shopping list generation, and behavioural change tools that encourage sustainable food habits.Estimated contract duration: 12 months (initial) with possible extensionContract start date: Autumn 25 / Winter 25/26Interested suppliers should complete the attached short questionnaire and return it by Thursday 11th September 2025 at 17:00 Please email ciararonan@westlondonwaste.gov.uk with your expression of interest and a questionnaire will be emailed to you.
