Welwyn Hatfield Council is seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an up-to-date assessment of the accommodation needs of Gypsies and Travellers and Travelling Showpeople in Welwyn Hatfield Borough (the study area). The findings of the study will be used to inform the Local Plan Review and subsequent policy development. It must be accurate and delivered in a timely manner in accordance with the Local Plan Review timetable.
