The service will include assessment, supply and maintenance of wheelchairs standard and specialist as well as accessories for all ages. The service commencement date is 1.4.2020 for a 5 year contract with the option to extend up to 24 months. Value is for 7 years (5+2) including potential CQUIN. Subject to contract signature.
