Descriptions
The above project involves the upgrading of 4nr existing bungalows namely Pineview, Cherrybank, Meadowview and Rosewood for persons with special needs. Generally the upgrading includes new kitchens, new bathrooms, new toilets, alterations to heating and electrical installations, new ovens and hobs, new white goods, new decoration and new floor coverings. Contents including furniture and fittings to be removed by the Contractor, stored by the Contractor and replaced by the Contractor on completion. All the works are internal. The works to be carried out in 2nr sections. First section includes Pineview and Cherrybank. The second section includes Meadowview and Rosewood. Each section to be completed in 6nr weeks. The second section only to commence once the first section is completed. The second section to commence immediately following the completion of the first section.
