West Lancashire Borough Council is looking to appoint a contractor who has the knowledge and experience to undertake the winter maintenance service of the authority's various carparks and footpaths. The Council's winter gritting plan forms an integral part of the council's carpark health & safety risk policy. Winter gritting of carparks and footpaths managed by WLBC enables provision of safe access and use of these sites by members of the public and WLBC employees.
