NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Birmingham Women and Children's NHS Foundation Trust, as Lead Provider of the West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative (https://toucanwestmids.nhs.uk/), are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of Eating Disorder Services; Day Care Services and Intensive Support at Home Services.

Contract Length is expected to be a maximum of 16 months, in line with the Lead Provider contract commissioned by NHSE. The contract length advertised is aligned to the Provider Collaborative’s current contract with NHSE. All current WMCPC sub-contracts run until March 2027, in line with the NHS Head Contract. After this time, the subsequent contract that NHSE then issues to the Lead Provider can then be reflected in all sub-contracts, including this one. A compliant procurement process will be undertaken to renew the contract.

The service(s) must be located within the geography of the West Midlands.

The Commissioner intends to hold an open forum market engagement event via MS Teams on 24th July 2025 at 13:00 to 14:30, with a follow up 30 minute 1:1 sessions being held on
29th July between 09:00 – 16:00 and 31st July between 09:00 – 16:00. You will only be invited to a 1:1 session if you have attended the open forum event, to ensure all attendees have access to the same information. Sessions will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Interested parties should express an interest in attending by completing a short questionnaire which can be found on the Atamis Health Family portal (https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome and search for project C374172. A link to the event can be accessed via the invitation located within the Documents area of the Atamis project.
