The role at Worcestershire Parkway is similar to the above, in terms of project co-ordination with private sector parties, but to a far lesser extent than the Langley role. Effectively the instruction is using Ellipsis skills in consortium working to bring the parties together and progress early principles for a delivery vehicle across the public/private sector, with Gleeds undertaking project administration (including minute taking and arranging meetings). Furthermore, it is for a 6 months period only (with an option to extend to 9 months).
Homes England will commence the process for full competitive procurement of a Strategic Real Estate Advisor in the new year, with preparation of scopes and briefs, and which will be via our own Panels, to develop the Delivery Vehicle proposals to a full proposal stage. This will have full Framework PI cover. The Council will also have their own Strategic Real Estate Advisor acting upon their behalf.
