Secured outline planning permission for the redevelopment of the site for up to 300 dwellings (C3) including the conversion of Buildings 3 and 36 and up to 25 000 m2 of employment space (B1), together with the provision of 618 m2 of flexible commercial/community space (A1, A2, A3 and D1 Crèche) within the ground floor of converted Building 36.
