Engagement
The Pre- Market Engagement exercise will be conducted via system demonstrations from each Participant during the weeks of 23-27th February and 2-6th March 2026. The demonstrations for the Rents & Service Charge solution will last for no more than two hours during 2-6th March only. The demonstrations for the Asset Management, building safety and compliance solution will last for no more than half a day (3.5 hours). Where an interested party can provision both Rents & Services Charges and Asset Management capabilities, we will seek to undertake both demonstrations on the same day with this dual session lasting no more than four hours. Where an Interested Party can offer either or both of these solutions as part of their current product set which also provides a wider range of housing or asset services, Yorkshire Housing are not requesting to view any functionality over and above the two service areas stated (Rents & Service Charges and Asset Management). In this instance Participants should clearly state what solution they would propose to meet Yorkshire Housing’s requirements. Meeting spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis to Interested Parties responding to this Brief. Participants will be required to demonstrate their solution to Yorkshire Housing stakeholders and provide evidence of where the proposed solution(s) is already implemented preferably with integration to Salesforce. Interested Parties wishing to attend should register their interest by no later than 23/02/2026 to our appointed Procurement Advisors, Clarity Procurement Solutions: nathan@clarityprocurement.co.uk Yorkshire Housing would prefer for the demonstrations to take place at the Yorkshire Housing head office: The Place, 2 Central Place, Leeds, LS10 1FB Yorkshire Housing will consider a Teams session if Interested Parties are unable to attend in person.
