GMIT wish to award a contract under the open procedure the project involves the renovation and upgrade of rooms and ancillary areas at GMIT CCAM Campus, Monivea Road Galway City.Location: GMIT CCAM Campus Ground, First and Second floor as follows:•Room 232 Renovated Toilet Block to First Floor•Room 200&200a1st floor landing - Remove walls and make good•Room 137Caretakers’ office on ground floor•Room 167Canteen New Access Door•Room 216 Replacement Tiling WorksThis will be a turnkey project which will be ready to be occupied upon completion. The main elements involved are as follows:•Undertaking of role of project supervisor construction stage (PSCS) •Demolition as outlined •Builders Work •Mechanical Works•Installation of Electrics and Lighting to rooms outlined•Repainting of Rooms as indicated including walls windows and doors•Final Clean to work areasPlease refer to ITT for further details.
