CCW run an annual satisfaction survey of all of our employees as part of our ongoing commitment to creating and maintaining a positive working environment for everyone at CCW. The purpose of this survey is to measure satisfaction and engagement on a range of aspects of the working environment at CCW and to track employee engagement levels. The results of the survey will enable us to identify what we are doing well as an organisation; it will also identify any areas that could be improved.
