Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd Cyfyngedig (CCG) is a registered provider of social housing which came into being in April 2010 following transfer of Gwynedd Council’s housing stock of 6,300 properties located throughout the whole of Gwynedd.As a maturing and successful Housing Association, we are now embarking on our next exciting phase of growth as a developer of much needed new affordable homes.We are a trusted and valued partner to Gwynedd Council and the Welsh Government, and have excellent relationships across our main areas of operation – a strong foundation for our future growth plans.By 2020 we aim to* have provided over 200 new homes to meet a wide range of housing needs;* Focus delivery in market towns where our investment can act as a stimulus to wider economic activity* Have in place strong effective relationships with our local authority, Welsh Government and partners* Bring together resources in CCG and Gwynedd Council to work on new delivery models for the development of housing.* Work with Gwynedd Council, Anglesey Council and Snowdonia National Park to address their Housing Strategy requirements and in the prevention of homelessness, and widen the choice for households needing affordable housing.Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG) propose to employ the services of a building service provider to construct 12 Dwellings (6 Semi-detached blocks, consisting of 8 x 2 bedroom properties, and 4 x 3 bedroom properties) at Wenallt, Dolgellau, Gwynedd, LL40 1PW.
