Framework Agreement to Establish Suitable Contractors to Undertake Highways and Urban Design Schemes

Torbay Council has completed various Highways improvements and Urban Design Schemes in different areas of Torbay in the recent past, examples of which are included as Appendices with these Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents.For provision of future schemes in the pipeline, during the next four (4) years, a Framework Agreement of a maximum eight (8) Contractors will be awarded, by the Authority, via this ITT process.Individual Call Off Contracts under this Framework Agreement, will typically range from 250 000 GBP to 2M GBP. Some Call Off Contracts may exceed or significantly exceed these figures. There may be Call Offs which may not meet these range figures, for which Framework Contractors will be able to bid on an optional basis.
