North Lincolnshire Council has awarded a framework arrangement for the provision of Occupational Health Services. The scope of the framework arrangement covers, but is not limited to:— Provide an employee assistance programme and counselling support;— Answer queries from Council staff on occupational health related issues;— Provision of appropriate equipment, its maintenance and calibration;— Data collection, reviewing outcome data and making appropriate adjustments;— Production of confidential medical files;— Distribution of results and management of clinical referrals;— Establishing and preparing medical review and recalls;— Rehabilitation case management.This framework arrangement is primarily for the use of North Lincolnshire Council however it should be noted that the framework agreement can be used by other organisations within the UKE13 (North and North East Lincolnshire) Nuts Code including: North East Lincolnshire Council, Educational Establishments including Academies, Housing Associations/Registered Social Landlords, Emergency Services within the boundary of North and North East Lincolnshire, Town and Parish Councils and other Community Groups.The anticipated expenditure on this framework by North Lincolnshire Council is c. 180 000 GBP over the full 2 year duration, however this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual future needs.
