Glan yr Afon comprises of a two-storey building with a single storey extension to one gable. Originally built as a single domestic dwelling circa 1940’s. The building and grounds are situated on a country road on the outskirts of Mochdre town and is accessed across a small bridge over an un-names water course. The site was acquired by Conwy County Borough Council and has since been used as a residential home for children.The building and associated Structures require Demolition works undertaking.
