The initial Tender is for a 3 year framework contract. Subject to a succesful completion and budgetary restrictions a 2 year extention may be awarded.The works include repairs and improvement of various non traditional housing types. To include application of external insulation and render systems. Structural repairs where engineers investigation deems necessary. In addition to the preliminary works additional improvement works may include external works related to the thermal or structural improvements. Works relating to window and door replacement, internal refurbishment such as re wire, kitchen and bathroom renewal and redecoration are where practical to be carried out with existing partnership arrangements
