Southend-on-Sea City Council (the Council) may be seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation, to deliver an effective, outcome-focussed service which enables and empowers people with multiple and complex needs to overcome them and live healthy and independent lives on behalf of the Council. Further required detail on any related process will be made available in due course, if applicable.
All information in this notice is subject to change depending upon the future defining of the Council's requirements, in relation to establishing best value. This includes, but is not limited to, the method used to procure the contract, duration of the contract and the possible extensions.
