North Lincolnshire Council has awarded a framework arrangement for the provision of Construction and Highways Civil Engineering related works. The framework is awarded on the basis of the following lots:Lot 1: Construction, General Building: GBP 50 001 - GBP 500 000 (4 year total, range GBP 5 000 000 - GBP 10 000 000)Lot 2: Construction, general building: GBP 500 001 - GBP 2 500 000 (GBP 1 000 000 - GBP 2 000 000)Lot 3: Construction, General Building: GBP 2 500 001 - GBP 10 000 000 (GBP 6 000 000 - GBP 12 000 000)Lot 4: Construction, Design and Build: GBP 500 001 - GBP 10 000 000 (GBP 6 000 000 - GBP 12 000 000)Lot 5: Repairs and maintenance, construction and home assistance, general building: GBP 1 - GBP 50 000 (GBP 2 000 000 - GBP 4 000 000)Lot 6: Repairs and maintenance, construction and home assistance, mechanical: GBP 1 - GBP 50 000 (GBP 1 000 000 - GBP 2 000 000)Lot 7: Repairs and maintenance, construction and home assistance, electrical: GBP 1 - GBP 50 000 (GBP 500 000 - GBP 1 000 000)Lot 8: Repairs and maintenance, construction and home assistance, roofing: Please note this lot was abandoned and no award made.Lot 9: Highways civil works: GBP 1 - GBP 5 000 000 (GBP 6 000 000 - GBP 12 000 000)Lot 10: Highways surface treatment works: GBP 1 - GBP 5 000 000 (GBP 4 000 000 - GBP 8 000 000)Lot 11: Highways surfacing works: GBP 1 - GBP 5 000 000 (GBP 4 000 000 - GBP 8 000 000)The framework agreement being established will be primarily for the use of North Lincolnshire Borough Council, but it should be noted that the framework agreement can be used by the other Local Authorities in Yorkshire and Humber Region in the following NUTS Codes: UKE1, UKE11, UKE12, UKE13, UKE2, UKE21, UKE22, UKE3, UKE31, UKE32, UKE4, UKE41, UKE42, UKE43. Further to this the following organisations within the UKE13 Nuts Code may access this framework: Educational Establishments including Academies, Housing Associations/Registered Social Landlords, Emergency Services within the boundary of North and North East Lincolnshire, Town and Parish Councils and other Community Groups.
