Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for a Targeted Adult Weight Management service on the terms and conditions set out in this invitation to tender (ITT) and Contract Documentation. The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for the period of 2 years from the 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2028 with the option to extend for a further for 1 year at the Council's discretion. This contract will be procured through an open tender process in accordance with the requirements of Section 20 of the Procurement Act 2023. The Council reserves the right to modify the terms of this procurement (within the meaning of "terms of a covered procurement" set out at Section 31(7) of the Procurement Act 2023) before the Tender Submission Deadline in accordance with Section 31(1)(a) of the Procurement Act 2023
