There will be two elements to the customer research: -Quantitative research with a representative sample of household water customers to: understand the prevalence of difficulties in being able to afford to pay water bills and associated behaviours and consequences. explore levels of awareness of available support and willingness to seek such help. -Depth research to zoom in on the experiences of low income households, to provide richer insights on the challenges they face in paying their water bills and in managing their household budgets.
