Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this service.
However, for this right to cancel within 7 days’ period of the service contract and to comply with the current UK law regarding this right, we have given the customers an opportunity to use our service for free of cost, ‘Free Trial for 7 Days’.
To avail this service, customers need not to buy our service or give any Card or payment details. Simply register with us for the Free Trial period.
After the 7 days Free Trial period, if you are satisfied with our service and need to use our service for a further period, then you must need to buy our service. Minimum subscription is for at least one-month subscription.
How to cancel
After registration with us for minimum period (after finishing the free trial period), you can cancel your account at any time and after that we would not charge you anymore unless you re-activate your account.
