Descriptions
It is proposed to undertake interim roof repair works to an existing flat roof deck which is finished in asphalt and dates back to circa 1986 when the school was originally constructed. The Scope of Works includes the replacement of localized flashing, replacement / redressing of localised Lead Flashing and replacement of Gutters and Downpipes in uPVC including associated Fascia Boards.Upon completion of the external repair works it is proposed to redecorate all internal affected areas with paint finish in selected colour.
