AVBC are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider/contractor to undertake to- a high quality- the refurbishment & conversion of a 2 storey detached void property into a HMO (House of Multiple Occupation), for self contained accessible accommodation. The works will also include the building of a new extension to the existing property.
