Descriptions
The 40sqm extension is designed to the rear of the existing school linking in with the existing extension from 2012. Connection into the existing foul drainage network on site, consisting of a diversion of the existing network to realign the system to avoid the building footprint, connection to mains water, relocation of a water hydrant to the North-East corner of the site. Construction of external tarmacadam footpaths and ramps. Reinstatement of fire truck turning circle which may require rock breaking. The new W/C is to be fully complaint with SGD02-06 Figure 5: Toilet/Shower for Assisted Users (Plan). The ceiling hoist for the student is to be installed.
