This project consists of the procurement and installation of a continuous cooking line for the specialist production of Traditional Irish food products carried out by McNiffes Bakery ltd. The demand for McNiffes products is ever growing and there is now a need to increase production capacity through adding on a new thermal cooking line. The thermal cooking line required will have a cleaning system built-in and an oil regulation system as per document attached. The tender will be all inclusive and will include the supply of equipment, installation and delivery to our site at Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim.
