Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) wishes to appoint consultants with experience in supporting social landlords to pursue group wide organisational transformation which will enable ACHA to achieve its objectives of culture change, digitalisation and service restructuring together with workforce development, process and system improvement and a smarter, more agile operating model. The aim is to transform our operating model from a traditional, labour intensive delivery model to one which offers choice, convenience and uses customer intelligence to build relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
