Active Fire Safety Works Curo are looking to appoint a Service Provider to carry out inspections, testing, maintenance, reactive remediation, provision of callout service and when required, replacement or new installations of the following life safety systems at Curo sites along with other external sites within Curo's remit; • Fire Alarms • Emergency Lighting • Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) • Manual Opening Vents (MOVs) • Fire Equipment • Fire Fighting Drop Key Switches • Communal Part 6 Systems • Auto Hold Open Devices • Misting Systems The successful Service Provider will be awarded a three-year contract with the option to extend for a further two years at Curo's discretion. All inspection, testing, servicing and maintenance is to comply with the standards set out in the tender specifications and relevant guidelines and regulations/legislation, considering any further updates in those standards over the length of the contract.
