Pembrokeshire College is seeking a contractor to carry out the Pembrokeshire College Alterations, Improvements and Repair to the Digital Learning CentreConvert the existing strength and conditioning gym into a high end digital renewable training centre. The project will involve alterations to existing rooms to free up space to relocate the strength and conditioning gym.• Phase 1 works: February 12 to March 6, 2024• Phase 2 works: March 7 to April 8, 2024• Phase 3 works: April 9 to May 15, 2024NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
