Anchor Hanover are looking to develop mutually beneficial, long term partnerships with practices that provide the following services: — architectural services,* — structural engineer,* — cost consultant, — contract administrator,** (Employers Agent) — CDM-Principal designer, — mechanical and electrical services, — planning consultants. *These services will be up to contract award with post contract services appointed by the contractor. **This service may be combined with the cost consultant appointment. The duration of the framework is 4 years — for national providers, consultants can determine their own view based upon the details of project type and values plus the details of AHG development plan that is included. For non national consultants it will be split on a north/south basis. We anticipate to have in the region of 2-4 suppliers for each discipline (however we may decide to have more).
