NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of NHS Warwickshire North CCG (The lead commissioner), NHS Coventry and Rugby CCG and NHS South Warwickshire CCG are looking to conduct an ‘Any Qualified Provider’ process for suitably experienced and qualified providers of Anti-VEGF injection services for the treatment of macular disease, specifically for the treatment of the following: wet age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular oedema and retinal vein occlusion and related conditions.
