NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group (“the CCG”) on behalf of itself and XXXX CCGs is seeking interest and information from providers with regards to the delivery of audiology services. The aim of the audiology service is to provide a comprehensive patient-centred community adult hearing service for hearing loss in line with national guidance and local requirements.
