Welsh Government will shortly be commencing a procurement exercise for Apprenticeship delivery from 1 August 2021. Before the tender is published we will be holding an online market engagement event at 10 a.m. on 22 July 2020. The opportunity will be issued under the provisions of the light touch regime, implemented through Regulations 74-77 as applied to Schedule 3 services of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) for the procurement of the framework.
