Architect Services for a not for profit project build
Descriptions
We have two capital development projects where the land and buildings are already acquired. We are looking at the design and development stage to progress further our already successful funding bids. We are keen to get to stage three of the RIBA Plan of work 2013 in order for our funding applications to move forward.We require the experience and skills necessary to provide the costings, drawings etc for our projects with a view to being part of the full scale development and build accordingly. Being a charity with little disposable income, we would be looking at pro bono or minimal/competitive offers.
