ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL CONSULTANT’S PROFESSIONAL SERVICES for Deeside Police Station New Build

North Wales seek to source the professional services of a qualified architect to work with the project manager for the Deeside Police Station new build. North Wales Police wish to build a Police Station on the existing site at Wepre Drive, Connah's Quay, Deeside, Flintshire. Capital Project at Deeside consisting of providing a temp Police Station, demolition of existing Police Station and construction of a new Police Station and associated external works. This will be a design and build process for the construction and a separate tender process will take once planning is approved, we will then novate the architect over to the awarded construction contractor.

Mae Gogledd Cymru yn ceisio dod o hyd i wasanaethau proffesiynol pensaer cymwys er mwyn gweithio hefo rheolwr prosiect adeilad newydd Gorsaf Heddlu Glannau Dyfrdwy. Mae Heddlu Gogledd Cymru yn dymuno adeiladu Gorsaf Heddlu ar y safle presennol ar Wepre Drive, Cei Connah, Glannau Dyfrdwy, Sir y Fflint. Prosiect Cyfalaf ar Lannau Dyfrdwy sy'n cynnwys darparu Gorsaf Heddlu dros dro, dymchwel yr Orsaf Heddlu bresennol ac adeiladu Gorsaf Heddlu newydd a gwaith allanol cysylltiedig. Bydd hon yn broses ddylunio ac adeiladu ar gyfer y gwaith adeiladu. Bydd proses dendro ar wahân yn digwydd, unwaith y bydd y cynllunio wedi'i gymeradwyo. Byddwn wedyn yn cyfeirio'r pensaer at y contractwr adeiladu a ddyfarnwyd.
