Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualified parties who would like to be considered for an invitation to tender for the provision of the above services. WRVS operates a wide range of services including around 450 convenience stores, shops and cafés in 300 hospitals throughout the UK mainland, as well as a number of meals-on-wheels, community centres, administrative offices and the WRVS HQ building in Cardiff.Architectural and design services are required to support new retail outlet fit-outs, refurbishments, etc. Services required include (but will not be limited to) site surveys, provision of design drawings, specifications / scope of works, liaison with landlords for approval and permissions, submissions for planning and building regulation approvals, to ensure compliance with H&S legislation, project management, etc.Interest will be considered from service providers who can offer a complete service on either a regional or national basis
