Ardagh Community Centre Association seeks tenders for the replacing of existing building roof cladding and proposed changes to internal arrangement of toilet area at Ardagh Community Centre, Ardagh Demesne, Ardagh, Co. Longford.PLEASE NOTE: The lighting to be installed in this works MUST BE ‘energy efficient’ PLEASE NOTE: SUPPLIERS MUST BE IN A POSITION TO START THE WORKS IN JULY 2022 AND ALL WORKS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF AUGUST 2022. ONLY TENDERERS WHO CAN COMMIT TO THIS TIMELINE SHOULD TENDER. IF THE SUCCESSFUL TENDERER CANNOT DELIVER ON THIS TIMELINE THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD THE CONTRACT TO THE NEXT HIGHEST SCORING TENDER ON THE BASIS OF THE TERMS ADVERTISED. THIS SHALL BE WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE RIGHT OF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY TO CANCEL THIS COMPETITIVE PROCESS AND/OR INITIATE A NEW CONTRACT AWARD PROCEDURE AT ITS SOLE DISCRETIONThis contract is subject to fundingPlease read all tender documents as failure to submit required documents may render tenders invalid.
