Bron Afon Community Housing (Bron Afon) is looking to appoint a suitably qualified principal contractor (PC) to undertake external refurbishment works to 1-12 Tyn Y Coed, these are two-storey blocks of flats located in Fairwater, Cwmbran. Tyn Y Coed is one building split into 3 blocks, 1-4, 5-8 & 9-12. Each block contains 4 individual residential flats, each block have their own independent entrance and the upstairs flatsare accessed by the communal stairwells of the individual blocks.
