The watercourse at the rear of a number of domestic dwellings located along Five Locks Road, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, has eroded the bank to the rear boundary of 86 Five Locks Road, a privately owned property, and is causing a section of the rear garden of this property to subside.Bron Afon Community Housing own the land to the rear of these properties and have responsibility for maintenance of the bank to the watercourse.In order to prevent further erosion of the bank of the watercourse, and subsequent subsidence of the rear garden of 86 Five Locks Road, we require an erosion control structure, consisting of gabion mattresses and baskets to be constructed with the watercourse.The location and construction of the erosion control structure is detailed primarily on Bear Structures P0290/001.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=138220.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
