Beckenham Car Park Housing Development - Main Contractor

The Council is seeking to procure a Main Works Contractor in regards to the Beckenham Car Park Housing Development at Beckenham Carpark, Beckenham, BR3 4LS.

The scheme proposes to deliver 35 affordable units across a single six-storey building.

Potential Bidders should note that this is an affordable housing project is located in Greater London, alongside a live railway and adjacent to a heritage building and conservation area.

The time and date altered slightly for the Supplier Engagement Event, this will now be held at 14:00, 17th July 2025, via MS Teams.

Engagement

The engagement period will be from 2nd July 2025 to 17th July 2025 via online Teams meeting to brief and engage with the market on the Works and obtain feedback on the works packages, initial pricing and procurement timeline. The Council is inviting interested Bidders to register their interest through its e-tendering portal. Please see the link below.
