Descriptions
The Blyth Workspace will be a new (circa) 3000 sq m contemporary, energy efficient and high specification building which will provide managed workspace. The contract is a Joint Contracts Tribunal Standard Form of Design and Build Contract with Arch amendments. The pre-appointed design team will develop the scheme design to RIBA Stage E following which, the design team shall novate to the works contractor.
