bpha are seeking to appoint a single contractor to deliver their disabled adaptations service, and support as required with the responsive repairs service, currently delivered by an in-house maintenance team. bpha is following a Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire and its associated appendices.
