Direct Selection from EN:Procure Installation, Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance Framework (FTS reference 2024/S 000-0333141) from Lot 32B - Whole House Retrofit works less than £3m (East Midlands), to undertake energy performance upgrades and low carbon heating works (including but not limited to external wall insulation, cavity wall insulation, floor insulation, loft insulation, renewable heating, ventilation, room in roof and ventilation energy efficiency measures) to privately owned properties within Norfolk that are eligible for the Warm Homes Local Grant as instructed by the Employer. The Contract Period will be 12 months commencing on 1st May 2025 (subject to any contractual break/termination provisions), with options to extend for a further 2Nr x 12 month extensions up to 30th April 2028 at the sole discretion of the Employer. The Employer gives no guarantee as to the size or frequency of any orders, but the value of the contract is indicatively between £0.01 - £4,050,000 (excluding VAT)
