The Town Council wish to demolish the existing building to enable redevelopment of the site. This is a 2 phase project - Stage I demolition (Stage II groundworks and new build) under Cornwall Council Grant of Conditional Planning Permission Application number PA16/02120 The works are planned to start and end in September 2017.
