The project comprises of refurbishment works to the existing single storey Burrows Sports Pavilion and includes all necessary demolition, drainage, mechanical and electrical works, fixtures and fittings, to provide improvements to the internal layout and building quality and performance. The sports pavilion is situated on the site of the Burrows playing fields, a site of approximately 6.3 hectares, at Moorend Grove, Cheltenham GL53 0HA.
