Business and Operational Planning Consultant - Heritage Fund Programme

Descriptions

Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration is restoring and repurposing the New River Head industrial heritage site as the national centre for illustration, including a home for Quentin Blake's archive. We have recently been awarded a Development Grant by the National Lottery Heritage Fund (also known as the Heritage Fund or NLHF). This will fund a programme of work to develop our understanding of costs, resources, timeline and audience needs, enabling us to develop our application to apply for a full grant of £2.5million towards the project. We are looking for an individual or consultant with extensive experience of arts and heritage destinations and a strong track record in producing realistic business plans.
