Castle Point Borough Council (CPBC) via the Essex Procurement Partnership (EPP) is seeking expressions of interest from the market for the provision of lake management. The contract will require the supplier to bring the lake water quality back into good health and to provide contingencies to continue that good health. The primary function of the Lake is as a surface water attenuation unit and along with the channels leading to it, the Lake forms an important part of Canvey Island's surface water draining system.
